When will my order arrive?

Please allow at least 7 working days from receiving your despatch email for your delivery to arrive. We cannot track orders as they are all sent with 2nd class Royal Mail post.

 

When are you open?

We are open Wednesday to Saturday from 11-5. There may be small adjustments from month to month but all updates will be posted on our social media @hanclothingofficial.

 

Where are you located?

You can find us in Unit 22 in the Craft Village, Derry.

 

Is ____ in stock?

Our online stock is the same as our in-store stock. If it it's on our website, it's in-store (excluding administration errors).

 

Can I collect my order?

YES! Collection is listed as one of our options when you reach the checkout of our website. Collections are available during our normal opening hours. Check our website for updated opening hours.

 

Can I reserve ____?

To ensure fairness, we do not do pre-orders or reserves. It is first come first served.

 

How does your sizing work?

Can you donate products to our cause?

Unfortunately, as a small local business, we are not currently in a position to contribute products to any causes. If these circumstances change, we will let you know. We wish you the best of luck with fundraising.

 

Why is it called Han?

It is named after Hannah Vail, the founder of the brand. Han was a nickname given to her by her older brother.

 

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring but any positions will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram.
